(see the review of the book: here) This is where he realized that he wanted Zara to love him for him (after that oh so memorable kiss *fangirl*). He wanted it to be Zara’s decision, that she choose him and not because Nick is gone, and it was convenient for him that Zara falls for him by default. He doesn’t want that. He wanted to be sincerely loved by her. All of her. You know what I loved about Ms. Carrie Jones writing is that her words sound whimsical but with maturity. I don’t know how she does it, but I’m really impressed. I can’t wait for Endure. Another sure fire addition to my book collection.
