It turned out to be a really productive February for me. I successfully caught up on my to-do list that I had postponed during my long vacay last January and even took care of some other things! I’m pretty proud of myself for that. 😤 It was easier than last time, but maybe because last year, it felt like I was in vacation mode for the whole month of January, so it took much more time for me to adjust, but this time, everything went pretty smoothly!

Without dragging this out, let me quickly share the highlight from last month!

February Favorites and Highlights!

• Celebrated the lunar new year with some dim sum and rice cake (tikoy) with the fam! No Valentine’s celebration though, but that’s okay; we don’t have someone to share it with lol! 🫣 But we don’t really celebrate the lunar year outside of traditional rice cake, so I don’t know what got into my younger sister and why she insisted! Also, she bought a pretty cheongsam for Lexi (which I shared on Instagram), never missing an opportunity to dress up our favorite furry daughter!
• I did that adult thing I said last time smoothly, and I’m thankful for it! It has been on my mind for the past few months, but gosh, it’s nice to tick that off my list! Although I still have some more stuff to do, I’m not in a hurry this time because the deadline is a bit far away. For now, I gotta learn the ropes before diving in; having plenty of time calms my nerves!
• Got to write about my holiday trip and blog about it too! I also posted some pics on Instagram (I don’t even know if people saw them due to algorithms and such, but my purpose is mainly for archiving, so I’m fine with that!). I made two posts last month, which is plenty productive for me. I am saving other drafts for March. (Honestly, writing is easy for me, but I’m too drained after work and too much screen time makes me dizzy, so I stick to blogging on weekends. But then, real-life errands mess up my blogging plans. It’s a real struggle, but I’m doing my best to find time. That’s how much I love blogging!)

March Agenda!

• I’m just hoping for a chill month: not crazy busy, and some time for my other stuff! Last month was…intense???, so I’m praying for a super laid-back March!
• FOMO is real! If only I managed to snag a ticket for the eras tour, I’d probably be singing my heart out, but nah, life had other plans, so I’m just waiting for Disney+ to officially stream the eras tour movie. The only thing comforting my crushed heart is that I did get to see Taylor before. Not being able to go (or, to be exact, not getting the chance) doesn’t make me less of a fan! Life’s just that way!
• I’m getting this design inspiration lately. I love my work, but I miss crafting cute web designs and graphics—girly pink vibes! Saw some adorable stickers that sparked a ton of ideas, but, like I said, I barely have time for other things;;; I’m having second thoughts too ’cause I still absolutely adore this design, so that’s a bit of a dilemma there. Let’s see what will happen to this design itch!
