So, um, the price for the .info was getting crazy high as the years went by! It started at around $10 – $11 (2017) and now it’s almost $18! I was originally going to get the most generic TLD of all, .com but someone beat me to it! I let you know that didn’t exist when I purchased the info back 5 years ago; and not to sound conceited, I think this misspelled variation of the word of fairy/faerie was my very own concoction? Almost all popular domains were available at that time—yes, even the elusive .com—but is now gone!

I didn’t think the inner Mr. Krabs in me was willing to spend almost ₱1000 for a domain name! Just no way! So I’ve decided to just move on from .info (I love the ffs, that’s why I chose it!). and it was also a sort of homage to the first domain extension I bought back in 2008? lilstar.info, anyone remember? just me? ok!

So I only had two choices: .org or .net which were pretty neat, still, but the price for .net is $2 less than .com (the only thing that appeals to me, tbfh) in the end, I chose .org because it just sounds right and is personally better than .net? And somehow .net didn’t stick to me that long; hello my now defunct rainyink and ash-snow domains! So I just ultimately chose org!

So yeah, new URL! I don’t think there are many people who still read my blog since I silently renamed it last 2017. That being said, if you stumbled across websites where I linked the previous URL, tough luck; it’s gonna be gone forever tomorrow (or unless someone buys it again; though unlikely ‘cos it barely ranks/not popular)!

For curious minds, why didn’t I totally rename? ‘Cos I love it! If only money wasn’t tight, I would still spend ₱1000/year, but I can’t afford that anymore tbqh! It’s short and sweet, and it also encapsulates the nature/fiction brand in just one word! These two are my requirements when I do names, if you haven’t noticed!
